2025年，INSI国际动漫插画大赛再度拉开帷幕，为全球动漫插画爱好者提供一个展示才华、实现梦想的舞台。本次大赛由INSI国际插画师协会携手多家知名机构共同主办，旨在发掘和培养新一代动漫插画人才，推动动漫插画艺术的繁荣发展。

In 2025, the INSI International Animation Illustration Competition will once again open its curtains, providing a stage for global animation illustration enthusiasts to showcase their talents and realize their dreams. The competition is jointly organized by the INSI International Illustrators Association and several well-known institutions, aiming to discover and cultivate the next generation of animation illustration talents and promote the prosperity and development of animation illustration art.

一、大赛背景Competition Background

随着动漫产业的蓬勃发展，动漫插画作为动漫艺术的重要组成部分，正逐渐受到越来越多人的关注和喜爱。INSI国际动漫插画大赛自创办以来，已成功举办多届，吸引了众多国内外优秀动漫插画师的积极参与，为推动动漫插画艺术的交流与发展做出了积极贡献。

With the vigorous development of the animation industry, anime illustration, as an important part of anime art, is gradually gaining more and more attention and affection from people. Since its inception, the INSI International Anime Illustration Competition has successfully held many sessions and has attracted active participation from many outstanding anime illustrators both domestically and internationally, making a positive contribution to promoting the exchange and development of anime illustration art.

二、大赛主题Competition theme

本次大赛以“创意无界，动漫未来”为主题，鼓励参赛者打破传统束缚，大胆创新，用画笔描绘出充满想象力和创意的动漫世界。无论是科幻、奇幻、现实还是其他题材，只要能够展现出独特的艺术风格和深刻的内涵，都将受到大赛的欢迎和认可。

The theme of the competition is "Creativity without Boundaries, the Future of Animation." It encourages participants to break free from traditional constraints and innovate boldly, using their brushes to paint an animated world full of imagination and creativity. Whether it's science fiction, fantasy, realism, or other genres, as long as it demonstrates a unique artistic style and profound connotations, it will be welcomed and recognized by the competition.

三、组织机构Organizational structure

本次大赛由INSI国际插画师协会联合多家知名机构共同主办，包括国内外知名动漫企业、艺术院校、文化机构等。大赛组委会将全程负责大赛的组织、评审和宣传工作，确保大赛的公平、公正和顺利进行。

This competition is jointly organized by the INSI International Illustrators Association along with several renowned institutions, including well-known domestic and international animation companies, art schools, and cultural organizations. The competition committee will be responsible for the organization, judging, and promotion of the event, ensuring its fairness, impartiality, and smooth progress.

四、参赛对象Contestants

本次大赛面向全球动漫插画爱好者开放，无论是专业插画师还是业余爱好者，只要年龄在18周岁以上，均可报名参加。同时，大赛也鼓励青少年积极参与，为动漫插画艺术的传承与发展注入新的活力。

This competition is open to global anime and illustration enthusiasts, whether professional illustrators or amateur hobbyists, as long as they are over 18 years old, they can register to participate. At the same time, the competition also encourages young people to actively participate, injecting new vitality into the inheritance and development of anime and illustration art.

五、作品要求Work requirements

1.参赛作品必须为原创作品，不得抄袭、剽窃他人作品。

2.参赛作品可以是手绘、板绘、数码绘画等形式，要求画面清晰、色彩鲜明、构图合理。

3.参赛作品需提交电子版，格式为JPEG或PNG，分辨率不低于300dpi。

4.参赛作品需附带作品名称、作者姓名、联系方式及简短的作品说明。

1.Entries must be original and must not be plagiarized or copied from others.

2.Entries can be in the form of hand-drawn, digital painting, or other forms, requiring clear images, bright colors, and reasonable composition.

3.Entries must be submitted electronically in JPEG or PNG format, with a resolution of no less than 300dpi.

4.Entries should include the title of the work, the name of the author, contact information, and a brief description of the work.

六、奖项设置Award Settings

本次大赛设立多个奖项，包括**创意奖、**技巧奖、**色彩奖、**故事奖等。获奖者将获得由大赛组委会颁发的荣誉证书及丰厚奖品，同时有机会获得国内外知名动漫企业的实习或工作机会。

This competition has established multiple awards, including the Best Creative Award, Best Technique Award, Best Color Award, Best Story Award, and more. Winners will receive an honorary certificate and generous prizes awarded by the competition organizing committee, and they will also have the opportunity to obtain internship or job opportunities with well-known domestic and international animation companies.

七、截稿日期与投稿方式Deadline and submission method

截稿日期为2025年5月15日（具体日期请关注大赛官网更新）。参赛者需将作品电子版发送至大赛指定邮箱（[邮箱地址：insi-inset@126.com]），邮件主题请注明“2025 INSI国际动漫插画大赛-作者姓名-作品名称”。

The deadline is May 15, 2025 (please check the official website of the competition for updates). Participants are required to send the electronic version of their work to the designated email address of the competition ([Email address: insi-inset@126.com]), and the subject line should indicate "2025 INSI International Animation and Illustration Competition - Author's Name - Work Title".

八、大赛流程Competition process

1.报名阶段：参赛者需填写报名表并提交个人作品至大赛指定邮箱。

2.初评阶段：由大赛组委会组织专家对参赛作品进行初评，选出优秀作品进入复评。

3.复评阶段：由国内外知名动漫插画师及专家组成评审团，对初评入选作品进行复评，最终确定获奖名单。

4.颁奖典礼：获奖者将受邀参加颁奖典礼，领取荣誉证书及奖品。

1.Registration phase: Participants need to fill out the registration form and submit their personal works to the designated email address of the competition.

2.Preliminary evaluation phase: The competition organizing committee organizes experts to conduct a preliminary evaluation of the participating works, selecting outstanding works to enter the re-evaluation.

3.Re-evaluation phase: A panel of renowned domestic and international anime and illustration artists and experts will re-evaluate the works selected in the preliminary evaluation, ultimately determining the list of winners.

4.Award ceremony: Winners will be invited to attend the award ceremony to receive their honorary certificates and prizes.
